The kids were down stairs with me today while I was working in the studio. So of course, I took some pictures. I liked these of chelsey and Bryce because these are expressions that I see several times a day from both of them. :) Chelsey's pictures were all taken in a 5 minute time period. Amazing that she can go through such a range of emotion in such a short time.

I wanted to play a little more with my new lens and some fabric I found in the clearance bin at Walmart. Kayley was not the most cooperative model today, so most of the good ones ended up being of Chelsey. I know that there are a lot of them, but I couldn't decide which ones to post so I did them all.

My very first L series lens came today! Ken has an L series lens, but I was not allowed to touch it and it wasn't very practical for my studio photography. Of course I had to take the kids to the basement and test it out after dinner.

Kayley and Bryce had parent observation day at gymnastics today. I took the opportunity to take some pictures. Kayley has now graduated to the intermediate level and I think Bryce is a little miffed that he didn't. He was pretty excited about his ribbon until he realized that Kayley got a green ribbon.

I finally had a chance to upload more scanned slides. These pictures are from more of Grandma's slides and most appear to be from the early 70s. Some great clothing styles and hair in these pictures!!!! Click here for the gallery. |
